Phyllis Tuckwell is the only hospice care service for adult patients, and their families, across the whole of West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire.

For many patients living with an advanced or terminal illness, hospice care helps manage symptoms and improve quality of life for both the patient and their family. Phyllis Tuckwell’s In-Patient Unit and Hospice Care at Home service provide end of life care, either at the Hospice or in patients’ own homes.

In addition to this, Phyllis Tuckwell also supports patients who need help managing everyday life, through its Living Well service, which includes medical, nursing, therapeutic and pastoral care. Support is provided at the Hospice in Farnham, Beacon Centre in Guildford and in patients’ own homes, helping them to manage the impact of their illness, cope with changes, improve their wellbeing and remain as independent as possible, so that they can get the most out of life.
